What I’m About

In both my personal and professional life, I've always found myself in a grounding role for others. I believe that at the core of every individual lies immense potential, waiting to be unleashed. My passion is helping people identify what's holding them back—whether it's inner doubts, unspoken aspirations, or limiting beliefs that are blocking their path to success in their professional careers.

The name of my practice, What’s Your Storey, holds a special place in my heart. It’s inspired by my mother’s last name—Storey—a name my brother and I didn’t have, but one that shaped me deeply. I was raised by the Storey family, particularly by my grandfather, Papa Storey, who dedicated his life to helping young leaders find their voice. After serving in WWII, he studied leadership and devoted his career to supporting early-career students, helping them build confidence and develop their leadership presence. His legacy of guidance and empowerment is one I’m proud to continue through my own work.

I’m deeply curious about how people really feel and what’s going on beneath the surface. I care about understanding their dreams, fears, and the mental roadblocks that stand in the way of their true potential. My goal is simple: to help people get unstuck and take the next step in their journey.

Outside of work, I’m constantly exploring how our thoughts shape who we are and what we do. I believe that a change in perspective can lead to major breakthroughs in both life and career. Through honest conversations, I aim to empower people to shift their thinking and unlock new possibilities.

P.S. You’ll notice a picture of my family here - we’ve gone through a few life changes ourselves this year. On the weekends, you can usually find me with my community, exploring the outdoors and soaking up nature’s beauty.

My family and I just moved back to Santa Barbara, and we couldn’t be happier to be here with our two furry pups!
